Live Guest Illustration

I create quick live portraits of guests during events, giving them a personalised illustrated keepsake to take home.

What is live guest illustration?!

Guests are invited to sit for a quick portrait while they are drawn live during an event.

This creates an engaging and memorable experience as guests can watch their portrait being created and it becomes a unique moment that they can take home.

This works across a range of events including weddings, corporate functions, brand activations and private parties.

How it works

1 - Guests Sit for a Portrait

Guests sit for a quick portrait individually, as couples, or in small groups.

2 - Illustration Created Live

Each portrait is drawn in real time in a signature style while guests watch.

3 - Artwork Given to Guests

Finished illustrations are handed to guests as a personalised keepsake from the event.

This style in full colour takes 6-8 minutes for each illustration.

(A black and white drawing is much quicker! at around 4-5 minutes)

Optional extras

Event branding

I can personalise the stationary to include a logo, brand stamp or even a border/template that really ties the experience to the event, or add a sticker to the outer sleeve!

Colour

Portraits can be drawn using a pre-selected colour palette tailored to the event, allowing the illustrations to align with the event’s branding or overall aesthetic.

Illustration style

I can work collaboratively with clients to develop a quick draw illustration style that reflects the theme and visual identity of the event.

In my full time role at Easy Read Online I work to make standard and difficult information easier to understand for people with learning disabilities - creating accessible Illustrations to go alongside simplified text, designing templates and creating social media content.
