Refund policy


We hope you are happy with your order. If, however, the product arrives faulty in any way, please email within 14 days of delivery with a clear photo of the problem so we can look into the matter and help you accordingly. 

If you're looking to return an item that isn't damaged or faulty, please email within 14 days of delivery and we will respond with the next steps.

Goods must be returned in the same condition as they were sold. Made to order apparel items are exempt from exchange.

Unfortunately, we won't cover the cost of return postage if an item isn’t faulty and recommend you get a Certificate of Posting from Royal Mail as we are not responsible for returns that do not reach us.


We cannot amend the sizing or style or cancel any items of clothing after the order has been placed. Please double check you have selected the correct size before ordering. Each item is made to order and a sizing guide is available for you on each product page.
